Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration

Go Fest may be over... but apparently it's only over for the time being. With power like what we've seen on display so far, there's bound to be more to come, and the beginning of what else is coming will show up during the Ultra Unlock: Hisui Celebration.

One of the most popular Hisuian forme families, Hisuian Zorua and Hisuian Zoroark are on their way. This family of Ghost/Normal Type Pokemon made quite an impression on its release, and its release in Pokemon Go is... potentially interesting. Generally speaking, it's a bit frail for utility in PvP and a its Attack stat is a bit low to be genuinely great for most PvE functions. However, it does have a Ghost Type Signature Move by the name of Bitter Malice in the main series, so maybe we'll get that in order to give Hisuian Zoroark a fighting chance? Probably not for a good while, but that's probably the only real hope it has as of right now. But who knows? Maybe we'll see something unexpected.
- 4x Catch XP and Catch Stardust
- Event-themed Research will be available for the duration of the event
- A Collection Challenge will be available that rewards XP, Stardust, and encounters with Hisuian Zorua.
Space-Time Anomalies will occasionally spawn on the map, giving players access to a different set of Pokemon.

Unown will be available in its "U" forme, and will have an increased Shiny rate.
